Katz's Deli

The famous deli where the fake orgasm scene from "When Harry Met Sally" was filmed. Youtube it if you haven't seen it. Their pastrami sandwiches are sinful - they just melt in your mouth. Check out the grease on my friend's hand after taking just a single bite.

For J's graduation we got him some spring onions, carrots and bananas as a replacement for the customary, standard issue bouquet of flowers. Why? Well. Why give flowers when it will only be binned the next day? Better off giving something useful...like vegetables=D

Ok, we did get him some flowers too.

We got tickets to the FCK vs. Brøndby football (say it the European way, baby) game as part of our Danish class outing. Of course, one roots for home base: FCK København! Score was a magnificent 2-0 to FCK in the end. Their catchy fight song is stuck in my head:

Vi elsker, vi elsker, vi elsker FC! /We love, we love, we love FC!
