Hey guys,
THESE PICTURES ARE AWESOME. I love it. :)
I'm going to have to apologize for being MIA for this week, and probably most of next week too. All my midterms and fencing tournament and random illnesses (pink eye, flu etc.) hit at the exact same time, and I am drowning. Just got 11 hours of sleep last night, and I'm about to hit the books again. See you guys in a week!

"The Huggers 2009"
Melbourne, VIC
You know how there are certain events that make you think 'Hey, life ain't so bad after all'. Or a moment where you look a little closer and observe the expression that people wear and think 'Why are there so many unhappy people?'
I had a combination of the two today. My friend Sarah organised a Free Hug Day outing. Though there were only 4 of us, it turned out to be one of the most amazing days in my life.
My mother used to remind me how ugly one looks when he/she frowns. Even though you think no one is looking, there will always be someone from afar who would spot it.
It is funny how one hug can turn a Grouch into a Smiler.
Thank you Sarah for organising this! This post is dedicated to you! Oh, and thanks to Tian for giving me the idea of photographing Free Hug Day=)
Oh, and thanks to my mom for reminding me not to frown=)
