Leo's Steak Shop, Folstrom, PA
This is part 1.
Philadelphia is famous for its Philly cheesesteaks. Most people go to either Pat's or Geno's, which are in the city (and are open 24-7), but I personally prefer Leo's, which is a 10-minute drive from the airport.
Its basically a bunch of sliced beef with cheese. You have the option of having it with onions and mushrooms. And it usually comes with cheez whiz, which is this processed cheese that is bright orange. Some people from Philadelphia claim that cheese whiz is necessary for an authentic cheesesteak, but I hear that this is a pretty recent development - people who went to college around here way back then remember eating it with provolone. Cheese whiz is not okay. Leo's serves it up with provolone.
SO yeah, this is Leo's. My parents discovered it. I went to pick Janet's sister up from the airport, and we took her out for a legit Philly cheesesteak to welcome her here. :)

The christening of my new pretentious Bodum plunger with Seven Seeds' Gypsy blend coffee beans.
Them beans must have some Gypsy spell on it 'cos the I can smell the coffee even if the packet's closed!
