"Ajahn Sumedho"
Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia

Aperture: f/5.6
Shutter Speed: 1/50s

Ajahn Sumedho is a Buddhist monk who is in town to conduct a retreat, whereby lay people learn how to meditate and practise Buddhism for 5 days. It is a strict programme, i.e no talking to one another, no phones, computers whatsoever.

Anyone up for it?

Butterfly Garden
Gainesville, Florida

I am so sore. We've been working out in the mornings then fencing for 3-4 hours for the past 3 days. Ughhh. The pain.

We managed to sneak in a visit to the Museum of Natural History today! The butterfly garden is pretty sweet - the butterflies will come and land on you. It was a little cold, so they weren't too active, but I got some really nice shots.

SS: 1/160
Aperture: f 7.1

"Drifting into a Secret Garden"
St. Johns (hostel), Cambridge, UK

Aperture: f/2.8
Exposure Time: 1

This was one of the more calming and pensive moments I've had in the past couple of days...maybe even weeks? Was a nice change of mood. We were listening to songs by Secret Garden :)
